Every year, once the weather gets warm enough, Skyler starts begging us to have a campfire in the garden & roast hot-dogs & marshmallows. He loves the excitement of having a fire & eating yummy food, and I love making fun family memories, without having to drive somewhere far away & worrying about what items I may have forgotten to bring. So either way you look at it, it's always a win/win situation, once we actually get around to DOING it!
And as always, EVERYONE had a GREAT time! It's nights like these that you wonder why us parent's try so hard & spend so much money trying to come up with OTHER exciting fun family outings, when some of the funnest memories can be made right in your own backyard!
